Well in the first thinking it would be very impossible if someones' have the same IP as you have, not a question in Networking world this could be possible.

ex:

From your ROUTER to your LAN, remember that IP from Router came from your ISP "A si ngle IP", while your LAN could be in static or dynamic settings, when you are in Static settings you could set your IP address making it unique towards each other, BUT remember your Router is a Single IP. Now that's the case what if the ISP is using the same Tropology?

My Problem arise:

A new day for my little journey in the Online Marketing world. As a newbie an a member of different online opportunities. I think of my future, can I be successful on this business? PAYMENT PROCESSOR

A payment processor is a company (often a third party) appointed by a merchant to handle credit card transactions for merchant banks. They are usually broken down into two types—front-end and back-end, with a gray area in between.

Front-End Processors have connections to various Card Associations and supply authorization and settlement services to the merchant Banks’ Merchants. We used email to validate the Payment Processor and it is very important to keep it safe. Telling anyone about your account information will compromise its security. SMART MONEY CARD and a VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT

STEP 1: HOW TO REGISTER A FREE PAYPAL ACCOUNT:

(right click on the link, and open link in a new tab)
1. Register at Paypal by clicking the image link below:

2. Click the Sign Up link located at the upper right portion of the screen.
3. Change your country to (ex:Philippines)
4. Choose a Personal Account
5. Fill-up form and click Agree and Create Account
6. Follow Easy Instructions afterwards.

NOTE: Unchecked the "Enter Credit Cards Number" if you have none.

How to Access your Paypal Account:

1. Go to https://www.paypal.com/
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Click Log-in then you will now be directed to your account.

STEP 2: HOW TO APPLY FOR A SMART MONEY CARD:

1: Activate your Smart Money Account via your SMART mobile phone.

Option No.1:
(1) Text MONEY to 343
(2) Enter desired W-PIN (6 digits)
(3) Re-enter W-PIN, Press OK
(4) Choose "Get Account" Press OK
(5) Select BDO
(6) Wait for you confirmation message

Option No.2:
(1) Go to SMART MENU and select SMART MONEY
(2) Choose any transaction
(3) Follow steps 2 to 6 above.

2: Once you have successfully activated your "Smart Money Account"
Please go to the Nearest Smart Wireless Center at your Place

And submit the following:
(1) A completely filled up SMART MONEY application form
(2) Photocopy of a VALID ID.
(3) Php 30.00 Processing Fee

*Photocopy of a VALID ID
For Minors: Photo bearning SCHOOL ID signed by the Principal or School Head
For Adults: Passport, Drive's License, PRC Card, NBI Clearance, Police Clearance,
Postal ID, Voter's ID, GSIS e-Card,SSS Card, OWWA ID, OFW ID, or Company ID

3: Wait for your card to arrive.
Wait about 3 days (if residing within Metro Manila)
Wait for about 7 days (if residing outside Metro Manila)

Once the Card has Arrived.
You can now use your Smart Money CARD
to VERIFY your Paypal Account.

STEP 3: HOW to make your Paypal Account Verified by using your SMART MONEY CARD:

(1) Please UNLOCK your SMART MONEY Card
a. Go to SMART Menu at your Mobile Phone
b. Choose SMART Money
c. Choose Card Mgmt
d. Choose Card Lock
e. then choose Unlock
Note: You will receive a text message that your card is now ready
for online purchases. Make sure that your Smart Money Card
is loaded with at least Php 200 for the Paypal Verfication Charge.

(2) Go to www.paypal.com
(3) Log-in to your Paypal account
(4) Point your mouse to Profile Menu
(5) Choose Add/Edit Credit Card
(6) Click Add a Card
>>> Add your Smart Money Card Details to your Paypal account <<< (7) Then a Paypal Code will be sent to you via Text Message. Message includes the 4 digit Paypal Code (EXPUSE) (8.) Then Enter the Paypal Code to your Paypal Account. Once approved.. You now have a Verified Paypal Account.. Paypal will add $1.95 to your Paypal account from your Smart Money Card.. as a refund for the Verification process.. This will take about 24 to 48 hours..

(Then you can now Receive and Withdraw
your ONLINE MONEY using your Paypal Account)

Official Bank Codes Philippines

PayPal has finally released the "official" list of Bank Codes for PayPal Philippines.

Take a look on this article and check if your bank was stated below as many people asking for Bank Codes so here it is (Philippines only). This article was released on January 2008 I don't know if everyone heard about it so I posted it here for additional information.

Apparently, the initial "bank code" information we got from Metrobank and BPI were wrong. A note to our Paypal friends: before you launched this new direct withdraw feature, you should have at least coordinated with local banks and issued the bank codes simultaneously with the launch. Until now, most bank people have no idea whenever we ask them about the PayPal Philippines Bank Codes. Anyway, I personally hope this officially begins the fruitful relationship of Filipino online earners with PayPal. Finally, users in the Philippines will have no problem attaching their bank accounts and can now request to directly withdraw their PayPal funds!

- ENROLLING IN ONLINE BANKING (EON Card)
- Requirements:
  - A UnionBank ATM or Debit card
  - An ATM PIN
  - Internet Explorer version 6.0 or higher
  (Before you can use online banking, the first thing you'll have to do is enroll your accounts via the UnionBank online enrollment form.)
- To access the enrollment form, click here then follow the four easy steps to enrollment:
  - Step 1: Validate your ATM card number and PIN
  - Step 2: Nominate a user ID
  - Step 3: Confirm your User ID
  - Step 4: Complete the enrollment form
  You’re done. You will reach a confirmation screen signifying that your application has been received and can log-in 48 hours later.
- Logging-in
  To log in follow these steps.
  - Go to the log-in page.
  - Enter your User ID and ATM PIN.

- Procedure for Withdrawing Payments from your Paypal Balance to your UnionBank Debit card
  - Once the payment has reflected in your Paypal balance, you can transfer the funds to your UnionBank Debit card by using the withdrawal feature.
  - You will be given 2 options in withdrawing your funds. Please choose the "transfer funds to your card" option. Paypal charges $5.00 USD for this facility.
  - The transfer to your UnionBank Debit card will be completed within 4 working days from the date of your withdrawal request. A status report of your withdrawal request is reflected in your Account Overview screen.
  - Your funds will be converted to the peso equivalent using the VISA Exchange rate for the day of the withdrawal request.
